Deep sea fishing in Fort Myers, Cape Coral

Whats happening now please scroll down !!!!

March and April

Some of our more busy times of the year with guests still in from out of town. Our fishing has been great when the weather would allow us to get out. We have caught some nice fish, including cobia, kingfish, mutton snapper, big Red Grouper, GAG grouper, and many more..

End of Febuary and slow winter fishing!! It is finally over!

Wind and more wind !!!!

The winter months are some of the most challenging times to be a captain on the water for offshore fishing. Between the fish being slightly on the lazy side to the cold fronts and rough sea. We fought through it and did manage to catch some fish but I can gladly announce that we are finally here..... March and April  kick off with some of the best fishing in or gulf waters. I know we are here because on the last two trips out we have landed and seen several Cobia and  the bait is coming back. All its going to take is a slight warm front and the fishing is going to be on fire so get ready!!!

10 hour trip 2/9/18

We left the dock around 630 in the morning and were met with rough seas. It eventually laid down flat making our way out 50 miles offshore to land some nice grouper

This was a 7 hour Bluewater Offshore Charters in Cape Coral trip for a few folks from Ohio. The fish were chewing.  We didn't manage a lot of large keepers but the action was non stop catching over 100 fish for the day and A lot for the cooler. We had a handful of fish that were larger that got away but that’s fishing.

12-22-2017

This was a Bluewater Offshore Charters 14 hour trip,  Offshore fishing in Sanibel Island. We ran out of the pass catching bait on the bottom quickly to make our ru to 65 ft of water catching snapper working our way out deeper. We managed to pick off a few Red Grouper, Gag Grouper, and Goliath Grouper. We found very productive bottom out deeper and set the hook crushing the snapper roughly 70 keeper fish total

Night Snapper Trip!

A few hardcore anglers from out of town  booked a Bluewater Offshore Charters night snapper trip with Captain Kyle Harmon. The bite was solid for the entire trip, with several double and triple hookups.  The crew managed some nice yellowtail snapper up to 28 inches, mangrove snapper, along with a few other species. They also had a handful of very large unknowns that got away..

17 hour trip

This was a trip for the books!! Our guests were a few seasoned anglers looking for a trophy.. We had a very slow morning bite that carried on all afternoon. It wasn't until that evening everything came alive and rods were doubled over all around the boat. Fishing was on fire for about 4 hours catching many Mangrove snappers up to 8lbs, Yellowtail snapper, porgies, amberjack. We had a solid kingfish at 64inches and to end the night with a 50lb Cubera Snapper amazing!!!!
